A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

306,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

【Criminal Power】 On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on December 27, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on March 14, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

On August 28, 2014, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash from the Hmotoir room located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G, with approximately 0.3g of approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs, which are contained in the single-use injection machine, from I (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

At around 01:00 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant administered 0.03 grams in the same manner as above at the same place as above in the foregoing paragraph (c).

E. At around 03:00 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of oponononon on a coffee 201, where the Defendant was living in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Seo-gu L, Incheon.

2. Around 00:00 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) discovered the math of marijuana, which was sealed in a toilet located in the I’s residence of Seo-gu Incheon Ntel 605, and brought about the math of marijuana, which was carried by the Defendant from February 4, 2015 until 02:00 on February 4, 2015.
