Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s occupation by force for about 10 to 15 minutes, such as rain, etc., when the victim, who had been at the entrance of the landing site C, was able to drink alcohol in the car page in the Defendant’s operation, and did not give the credit rating even. The Defendant’s operation was obstructed by force during approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
