A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, at around 14:35, the Defendant: (a) moved the location of yellow signboards set up in front of the D cafeteria operated by the Defendant in the Dong-gu, Yannam-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the victim E (the age of 57) arbitrarily changed the location of the street signboards set up in front of the D cafeteria operated by the Defendant; (b) moved the victim into the main room of the said cafeteria; and (c) moved the victim into the main room of the said cafeteria; and (d) moved the victim into the main room of the said cafeteria; and (d) laid the hot water slicked in the upper part of the victim’s body for about 8 weeks, which was slicked on the victim’s body for about 2 degrees, 3 degrees video products (the upper part, the left part ple on the left side
