A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those engaged in driving motor vehicles B;

On January 10, 2014, at around 20:15, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at a speed of about 60 km at a speed of about 867 km from the side of the money village to the direction of the gold village.

At the time, there was a night and a place where the center line of the yellow domin line was installed, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to see the front line as a person engaged in driving the motor vehicle and safely proceed to the right side of the center line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to perform the above duty of care and proceeded with the part that was driven by the injured party C(the age of 45) who was driven by the injured party C(the age of 45) due to the negligence of driving the central line, with the front part of the car driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, immediately stopped to the above victims C with the injury of light and sacrife base in need of treatment for about two weeks, suffered from the injury of salt and tensions in need of treatment for about two weeks to victims E (n.e., 42 years old), and escaped without taking measures to rescue the victims or prevent traffic danger, while destroying the above SM520 automobiles to cover KRW 2,55,205.

Around 19:00 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant driven a B-te motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.180% from the 15km section to the road in front of the forest-free zone, where the military movement of approximately 20:15 on the same day from the road near the residents living in the South-west Sea-ro 74-gil (or the commercial zone) to the area near the forest-free zone.
