The Defendant is the driver of the cargo vehicle B.

On October 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven the above cargo at a section of approximately 1.5 km to the road at the entrance of 2477-gils of the Seocho-gu, South-do, South-west Sea, with the alcohol level of 0.17% under the influence of alcohol level around 20:50.
