Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2014, at around 13:59, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “I will die with police officers; (b) I will die; (c) I will die; (d) I will die with police officers”; and (d) assaulted D’s inner part of D on one occasion after I am knife the left-hand hand by hand after I am knife.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.
