A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 201, 201, the Defendant borrowed money to the victim C at a Gunmsan-si and below a Gunmsan-si (hereinafter referred to as “Samsan-si”) in a Gunmsan-si (hereinafter referred to as “Samsan-si”) and invested money in Mamba-si operated by Mag-gu Seoul, but the money to be used for the landscaping-based business
If a loan of KRW 40,00,000 to be used as the above business fund is made, 5% of the principal shall be paid as interest per month, and the principal shall be paid until August 26, 2011.
The defendant has committed the same offense against the person who is believed to do so.
3. 20,000,000 won to an account of a national bank held by the defendant on or around 30.30
4.1. Each remittance of KRW 10,000,000 on January 1, 200 has been received in cash on the same day.
However, in fact, the defendant was planned to use the money received from the injured party as his own house deposit, and even if he borrowed money from the injured party due to no particular property or income at the time, he did not have any intention or ability to repay it.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property from the victim by deceiving the victim.
2. On May 201, 201, the Defendant may yield a lot of profits to the said victim if he/she engages in an Internet game, such as items, while employing a local person in Cambodia, at a coffee shop located at the center of the Seocho-si, Sinsan-si.
I promptly attempt to carry on the said project in Cambodia.
If 20,000,000 won is invested in the above project, the principal shall be returned until June 20, 201 and 30% of the profits accrued shall be paid.
Even if the above project failed, the principal would be returned to him.
The Defendant received KRW 20,00,000,00 from the person who believed the Defendant, from May 9, 201, from the time when he received the payment in cash, and from February 4, 2013, a total of KRW 215,823,752, as stated in the list of crimes attached hereto, from the time when he received the payment in cash.
