A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant's sole crime;

2. The Defendant jointly committed a crime with E was a person in a de facto marital relationship with E, and was recruited to use the house leased under the former husband’s name before E as if E leased the house, by forging and using the real estate lease contract, to lend KRW 15 million from the said damaged person.

A.
