Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On February 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on February 16, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2012 and is currently in the grace period.

1. On February 13, 2013, the Defendant driven C Launa car at an infinite site without a driver’s license on February 14:48, 2013, in an infinite-dong public parking lot with the U.S. children 48-1, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
2. On February 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 10 meters high from the second floor of the public parking lot, while under the influence of alcohol at around 23:24, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.173%.
[2013Ga group 1844] On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was indicted on April 3, 2013 by Seoul Northern District Court 2013Ma716, on the following grounds: (a) around 14:48, the Defendant driven a rocketing car to the second floor of the public parking lot in Songdong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with no driver’s license; and (b) around 23:24, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.173% in the above public parking lot, the Defendant driven the said car at the above public parking lot.
On May 28, 2013, at around 11:00, the defendant requested D, who is a workplace partner, from the court front of the Seoul Northern District Court 401 (Seoul Northern District Court 401), that D, from the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the roads in front of the LGFer located in the children of the Seoul Northern-gu, 14:48 on February 13, 2013, the defendant driven the above car while he was accompanied by the defendant, and the defendant was driven only from the front of the above LGpler to the above public parking lot near it."
D around 15:00 on June 13, 2013, at the above court No. 401, D attended and taken an oath as a witness for the defendant's violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the defendant, etc., and the facts were in the Gangnam-gu Samsungdong and Gyeongdong from February 13, 2013, and had not driven the said vehicle directly by joining the defendant.
