On July 28, 2016, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven B K3 cars while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.058% in the section of approximately 1km from the end of the string day to the end of the forest of the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the end of 22:48 on the same day from July 28, 2016, the Defendant driven B K3 cars under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.058%.
