Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2, 2013, E Company (Representative C) entered into a construction standard contract with the F and C, which newly constructs apartment houses in G, and started construction with the F and C, but the dispute arose between the F and the payment of the progress payment, etc., and the F and C had suspended the construction from April 9, 2014, and the F entered into a new construction contract with the victim H on behalf of E Company, and began to claim a lien on the said land from around that time.
1. On May 15, 2014, Defendants B and A jointly pan-principaled with the Defendant Company: (a) around 10:00, at the site of the construction of the said apartment house; and (b) around 10:00, the victim was doing construction by using sckes; and (c) Defendant B, a director of the E Company, prevented Defendant B from moving sckes in the direction of the progress of the said sckes; and (d) Defendant A, the head of the management team of the E Company, as the management team of the E Company, was seated on the sckes, and sckes from moving sckes to the direction of the progress of the sckes.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's work by force.
2. From May 15, 2014 to around 15:00, Defendant C obstructed the work of the said victim by force by finding out at the site of the construction of the said apartment house, and by putting down a food line that installs a standard frame with the insertion inserted at the site where the said apartment house was able to perform a work at the site.”
