A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who drives a B Carren joint vehicle.

On October 8, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining the driver’s license at around 08:40 on October 8, 2013, driven the above fluorous vehicle at approximately 10km from around Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, to the front of the fluorg of Jin-gun, Jin-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jin-gun, Jin-gun.
