Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:05 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the Daegu Seo-gu B apartment complex located in front of the front of the front door; and (b) took a bath to the police officer without returning home on several occasions from the slope D belonging to the Taegu Police Station C District, which called the Defendant, and used the chest of the above E on two occasions with the floor of hand.

As such, the Defendant interfered with a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling civil petition reports.
