A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On June 27, 2013, at around 06:36, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of one F F non-fluent vehicle at the market price equivalent to two million won in the victim E-owned market where the Defendant stopped on the street in front of the fishery dong of the D market located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with a key sticked.
B. At around 11:30 on June 27, 2013, the Defendant, at the Hart office located in G in Sungsung City, destroyed a total of KRW 13,845,00,000, such as seven 10,000,000, the victim I was placed on the book by using the cresh in which he was locked.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On June 27, 2013, at around 06:36, the Defendant driven a f non-use vehicle, which was stolen from around 15 meters away from the above Hart parking lot to the front parking lot of Hart set set forth in paragraph (1)(b) above, and around June 27, 2013, at around 11:32, the Defendant driven a f non-use vehicle, as described in paragraph (a) of the above paragraph, without obtaining a driver’s license, in the section of 15 meters away from the above Hart parking lot to the unfolded 15 meters away from the water station near the water station near the water station in Suwon-si.
B. At around 14:00 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant driven the said non-owned vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 500 meters from the non-dissurging telecom to the telecom parking lot located in Suwon-si 2/7-2.

Of concurrent crimes, there are several records of punishment for the reason of sentencing under the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act due to larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving). All of the stolen 13,845,00 won are consumed and the stolen 13,845,00 won is not recovered from damage, and the stolen rolling stock is the owner.
