Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on April 20, 2012, the Defendant found one copy of the victim D’s resident registration certificate, which was far away from the place around the first floor washing room in the Gu, Sinsi-si B, and embezzled the property that left his possession without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.
2. On April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on April 20, 2012, the Defendant was engaged in the “G” store operated by the Victim F in the Gu, Si, Si, si, without any intent or ability to pay the mobile phone price and fees; (b) provided the resident registration certificate acquired as above as above to the victim; and (c) obtained two mobile phones with a total sum of KRW 2,99,700 from the victim, and acquired them by fraud.
3. The Defendant presented D’s resident registration certificate obtained as above at the above date and place as above to the above F, and opened a mobile phone, and entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the victim D in Chapter 2 of the new service contract, and signed the above D’s signature in the customer column in the service contract.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of a new service contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.
4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, delivered a forged new service contract to F who is aware of the forgery, as if it were duly formed, and exercised it.

1. On February 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had a cell phone opening in the name of J in the form of a crying soup that he/she acquired and possessed his/her identification card within the H located in the Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, and (b) had a cell phone opened in the name of J and sold it to others for daily use;
A. At around 10:00 on March 8, 2012, at the M mobile phone store located in the Si/Gu, the victim L is J to the customer column who applied for subscription under the SK Telecom Service New Contract.
