Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to engage in the act of arranging commercial sex acts by leasing officetels. From April 2019 to July 24, 2019, the Defendants: (a) leased four rooms from around April 2019 to around July 24, 2019; (b) placed the advertisement letters of the said commercial sex acts on the Internet site, such as H, etc., with the trade name of “J”; and (c) arranged the women of the said H, etc. to engage in the commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 70,00 per hour from the unspecified number of male customers who reported and contacted, and by arranging them to engage in a similar sexual intercourse, such as causing the women of the said H, etc. to have the sexual character of male grandchildren knife and knife and knife their losses.
