Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by the Seoul Central District Court for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant, on March 19, 2015, driven a Bununched Car around 09:10 and proceeded with the Olympic Road near the 151-lane, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as the pressure zone for the Korean Peninsula from the intersection of the East-gu to the five-lane radius from the intersection of the Republic of Korea. On March 19, 2015, the Defendant was negligent in failing to perform his/her duty at the front bank of the Republic of Korea, and proceeded in the front bank by negligence.

C The back portion of the Dropian car driven by C is the front portion of the Dropian car, and the vehicle was driven ahead of the Dropian car due to its shock.

E The back portion of the F Kazon vehicle driven by E is the front part of the F Kazon vehicle and the front part of the F Kazon vehicle in front of the above Kazon vehicle.

G Shall have a back portion of HWz’s car driven by G, and by its shock, proceeds in front of the said GWz’s car.

2. Around 09:40 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant issued a request for a driver’s license from a police officer who was dispatched to the scene of an accident at the site indicated in paragraph (1) on March 19, 2015, and presented the Defendant’s type A driver’s license under the name of the Seoul Regional Police Agency Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, which is an official document in possession, as if the Defendant was a driver’s license for the Defendant.

3. When the Defendant was investigated as the recipient of the traffic accident incident as set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant had the intent to gather the Defendant’s form A, who was aware of his knowledge in order to escape criminal punishment.

The defendant, around June 11, 2015, was investigated by the suspect at the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station Traffic Survey Center office located in 113-gil 12, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and made a statement at the end of the suspect interrogation protocol.
