Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act employs 13 full-time workers from C to D, and operates manufacturing business (gold/electronic components), from May 1, 200 to April 21, 201, the Defendant did not reach an agreement on the total of KRW 3,359,340 on October 3, 201, and KRW 3,008,840 on March 3, 2012, and KRW 1,452,765, and KRW 1,427,765, and KRW 1,488,765, and KRW 1,489,465, and KRW 30,70,000 among the wages of E who worked for from May 1, 200 to April 21, 2013; and KRW 1,48,765, and KRW 1,303,70,731,475,201, respectively, within 2013.43.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act did not extend the date of retirement pay of 8,395,461 won of retirement pay within 14 days of retirement pay, and 8,395,461 won of retirement pay within 14 days of retirement pay, even though he/she retired, when he/she retired from office, after having employed 13 full-time workers from C to April 21, 2013 from May 1, 200 to April 21, 2013, while he/she retired from office, while he/she retired from office, who had worked 4,155,274 won, from April 24, 2008 to April 21, 2013 from the date when he/she retired from office.
