A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The seized evidence shall be confiscated, respectively. 6 through 22 and 24 through 27.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 53] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) collected water from a glass room in which it is impossible to identify the Ecomheading room located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; (b) laid two strings as soon as possible; and (c) opened approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, on the gambling ground; and (d) administered a phiphone in a method of drinking a smoke from heating into a drama by drinking it by hand.

2. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant around September 24, 2014, at G restaurant located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, put approximately 0.8g of clophone into plastic bags and stored it in the Defendant’s bags and carried clophones.

3. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) promised 1 million won to J at a guest room in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, where it is impossible to identify the Iel room; (b) purchased a phiphone by receiving approximately three grams of phiphones; and (c) purchased phiphones.

4. On December 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around December 7, 2014, issued N 200,000 won and delivered approximately 0.4g of philophonephones 0.4g from L hotels located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K to N; (b) sold philophones.

5. On December 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) carried water into drinking water rooms Nos. 503 of the said L Hotel; (b) posted two strings as soon as possible after drinking water on drinking bottles; and (c) opened 0.3g of philopon on a gambling ground; and (d) opened strings with N along with strings, and administered philopons by hanging it several times with N; and (c) administered philops.

6. On December 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) carried water into a glass room 706 room of the above L hotel; (b) posted two strings as soon as possible after cutting off the glass disease; and (c) issued O a dry fluoron to the glass pipe, which strings the fluor by heating the fluor into the string area, and then put up two strings on the string area.

7. On December 15, 2014, between Q from around December 15, 2014 to December 16, 2014, the Defendant putting water into the glass disease in the dwelling area of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P, sticking two promptly, and then raising the volume of phiphones above the gambling site.
