If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2012, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven a 50c motor bicycle with no license plate in a state of 0.085% alcohol concentration, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, from around about 10 meters in approximately 4193 minutes from the roads near Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si to the road in front of the same 4193.
