If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2018, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a motorcycle less than 50cc under the influence of alcohol concentration of less than 0.109% without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the Do in front of Incheon, to the front of E in the same Do as D, approximately approximately 200 meters.
