Defendant
C is the representative of the non-pharmaceutical sales chain Co., Ltd. 612 of the Goyang-dong-si D Building 612, and the defendant A is the representative of the non-pharmaceutical manufacturing chain Co., Ltd. in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
1. A person who intends to manufacture dental drugs, which are common crimes of Defendant C or A, shall file a product declaration by item;

C Although the F Co., Ltd. was aware that it did not report the item of “G”, a quasi-pharmaceutical, it requested the Defendant A to manufacture the said article from the F office of the F office Co., Ltd. on October 2012 by OEM, and the Defendant A, upon such request, manufactured approximately 10,000 of the said article on October 17, 201 and around May 2013, 201, respectively.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to manufacture non-pharmaceutical drugs which did not report item items.
2. The sole criminal defendant C shall not sell non-pharmaceutical drugs manufactured without reporting item.
