A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation with the amount of KRW 24.1 million, which is obtained by deceit to B who is the applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was not a D employee, and there was no intention or ability to purchase a motor vehicle with the approval of the employee even if he received the money from the victims.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. B. Around January 2018, the Defendant was issued a cash amounting to one million won from the victim around that time, on the following grounds: “Around January 2018, the Defendant,” stating that “A vehicle was removed and destroyed upon its release,” and that “A vehicle will be purchased with a vehicle that entered into an interview option with an additional one million won.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 22 million from the victim.

2. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant responded to the crime against the victim B, at the above Canadian, to the physical appearance “D Auditor and a staff member: (a) 31,500,000 won, may be sought at KRW 24,10,000,00,000.” The Defendant sent the Defendant’s horses to the victim.

On March 2, 2018, the victim at the end of the defendant's above shall be the defendant's bank account in the above E bank account of the defendant on March 2, 2018, and the above K bank.
