A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:15, when drinking alcohol with her friendships at the Defendant’s house located in Busan City, caused a dispute with the victim C (26 years of age) to bring about three times the snow part of the victim’s eye in drinking, and was pushed down with the victim with her bomb, and was tightly and her face part of the victim’s face at the same time.
