A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2017, the Defendant was aware of the fact to the Defendant’s wife around August 22, 2017, which became aware of through the introduction of a branch seal (n, 48 years of age) around April 13, 2017, and came to contact with the Defendant from October 21, 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On July 13, 2017, at around 13:21, the Defendant: (a) installed a telephone phone at the Fleleto or a car parked in the underground parking lot of the building where the E located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) taken the victim’s dynamic image by using the cell phone camera function, in which the victim was sexually related to the Defendant and the Defendant, using the cell phone camera function.

B. On July 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a telephone call on his hand when the victim shows a shower in a Motent where it is difficult to know the trade name in 19:35 on July 15, 2017; and (b) taken a video screen of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the Defendant in the state of body using the cell phone camera function.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame through a portable telephone device with a camera function more than twice against his will.

2. The Defendant, at around 13:00 on November 17, 2017, posted a phone at the front of the H located in Seocheon-si, G several times, but the victim was found to be the victim’s above H 4th floor store where the victim was working and did not receive the phone, leaving the victim out of the victim, and going on the Defendant’s car and continued to talk with the victim.

However, the victim refuses to do so.

“A defect that intends to open a door of the said car and to get off, assaulted the victim at a level that the victim’s knife would tear.”

3. The Defendant who damages property is located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon on December 23, 2017 in Gyeyang-gu I around 13:30.
