A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, around October 2016, engaged in sexual intercourse by paying the price of KRW 1.60,00 to the women whose names are unknown at the heading room in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the Defendant, at the end of which it is not possible to identify the head of Seocho-gu, Seoul, and thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.
In addition, from around that time to February 24, 2017, the Defendant paid 160,000 to 170,000 won to four women over a total of 20 times as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes, and became the other party to sexual intercourse.
2. On October 2016, the Defendant taken pictures of a female victim, who was unable to know his/her name by using a camera function inside a portable phone, with a face-to-face image, in a view to the Defendant’s act of sexual intercourse with the Defendant in the state of body.
In addition, from around that time to around February 10, 2017, the Defendant taken video images of four female victims of sexual intercourse with the Defendant, using the camera function in the portable phone, such as the attached Table 2 attached hereto, on seven occasions in total.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who cause sexual humiliation using the camera function inside the portable phone against the victims' will.
3. On October 2016, the Defendant displayed videos, such as a camera, etc., at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF building 1207, connected to “G”, an Internet website using a portable phone, and subsequently, a female victim, whose name cannot be known, exposed to screen pictures showing the face of sexual intercourse with the Defendant in the state of her body.
In addition, the Defendant taken four female victims of sexual intercourse with the Defendant in the state of her body during the period from around that time to February 17, 2017, 7 times in total.
