The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is that "195 persons" of Part 2, 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be changed to "194 persons", "the service regulations of the State public officials of Grade 4, 3 and 4" shall be changed to "the former service regulations of the State public officials of Grade 2 (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29012 of July 2, 2018; hereinafter the same shall apply)", "195 persons of Grade 5" shall be changed to "194 persons of Grade 7:00" and "the above provision shall be changed to "the service regulations of the State public officials of Grade 1, 2, 100" and "the above provision shall be changed to "the service regulations of Grade 1, 2, 7, 1000" and "the above provision shall be changed to "the service regulations of Grade 1, 7, 1000, 7, and 15," and "the above provision shall be included.
