Criminal facts

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On March 4, 2015, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.139%, and continued the road prior to the Eullet store in Kimhae-si D from the Jin-si to the debrising side.

At the time, the G bargaining car driven by the Victim F (54 years old) was in operation, and thus, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to look at the right and the right and the right of the vehicle and to operate the vehicle safely.
