Defendant

A, B, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, respectively.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendants were to have been supplied with the mixed amount at a lower level in light of the project cost set by local government, the Defendants presented to the Si/Gun a false tax invoice to reduce the full amount of subsidies by submitting the false tax invoice to the Si/Gun.

1. On April 1, 2009, Defendant A was selected as a business entity of KRW 45 million (subsidies of KRW 36 million, KRW 9 million) in total as a result of the policy on the payment of research fees and joint support projects by the Newanan-gun on the basis of the policy on the payment of research fees and joint support projects, and the fact was found to have been supplied with KRW 33.5 million for the composite season, Defendant A filed a claim for the payment of subsidies with the public official in charge of the Newan-gun-gun along with a false tax invoice, even if the composite season was supplied for KRW 45 million

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and I, by deceiving a public official in charge in the above manner, and received subsidies of KRW 36 million from the public official in charge on May 28, 2009 from H’s account.

2. On April 13, 2009, Defendant B was selected as a business entity of KRW 45 million (subsidies of KRW 36 million, KRW 9 million) from the Newanan-gun in accordance with the policy on the grant of the research fee-sharing support program, and the fact was found to have been supplied with KRW 29 million for the mixing period, but the Defendant filed a claim for the payment of subsidies with the public official in charge of the Newan-gun, accompanied by a false tax invoice, as if the mixing period was supplied to the public official in charge of the newan-gun for KRW 45 million.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and I, by deceiving a public official in charge in the above manner, and received subsidies of KRW 36 million from the public official in charge on May 28, 2009 from H’s account.

3. The Defendant D’s total project cost is 45 million won according to the policy on granting research fee-raising subsidies from the High interest Group around July 21, 2010.
