Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture females, in which capture is prohibited for the protection and reproduction of fishery resources, and bodies less than 9cm below 9cm, and shall possess, distribute, process, keep, and sell fishery resources captured in violation thereof.

1. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 60 maw from G, a fishery product wholesaler, through mobile phone text messages; and (b) distributed and sold a total of 559 maws (3,000 won per sheet) to H on 13 occasions from the aforementioned date and time to March 22, 2016, including the purchase of 60 maws below the body size from G, a fishery product wholesaler, through mobile phone text messages; and (c) distributed and sold a total of 217 ma (5,000 won per sheet).

2. On April 16, 2015, Defendant B purchased 420 mal (140 ma per 140 ma) from the above G through mobile phone text messages, and distributed and sold a total of 540 mal (3,000 ma per 1 mama,000) and a total of 12 mal (5,000 ma per 1ma) where the sale is short of body, including sending and selling it to a name-oriented person on a selective basis, as shown in the annexed crime list (2).

3. On March 31, 2015, Defendant C: (a) purchased 40 mars from the above G through mobile phone text messages; and (b) distributed and sold a total of 90 mars (3,000 won per sheet) to five times from the above date to May 10, 2015, and a total of 75 mars (5,000 won per sheet) to the body shortage.

4. The Defendant D is from the above G via mobile phone text messages, at a place where the Defendant did not appear at the time of capture on December 19, 2015.
