A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture females, the capture of which is prohibited for the protection and reproduction of fishery resources, and shall possess, distribute, process, store or sell females captured in violation thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and C received a proposal to transport female 12-150,000 won per day per day per week by transporting female e, which is the actual operator of D(7.93 tons, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gu, Si/Gun, and Si/Gun/Dong, and conspired to transport female felbs illegally captured by D along with E, and sell them to persons with poor names.
