A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the defendant shall be sentenced to the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2017 Highest 303"
1. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant, at around 00:50 on December 21, 2016, destroyed an apartment parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, by using a dricker prepared in advance for the glass hold of the vehicle owned by the victim D, and stolen cosmetic 3,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept there.
2. The Defendant, on December 30, 2016, invaded on a structure and larceny (the crime committed on December 30, 2016), committed by the Defendant, on December 30, 201, intruded on a gold room operated by the Victim F in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the victim F, who was in Suwon-si, and obstructed the display stand, west, etc., and attempted to flee.

On January 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime (special larceny) around 03:58, on January 9, 2017, committed a theft with four mobile phones with a total sum of 4.10,00 won of the market price stored in the display stand; and (b) one mobile phone with a 4,100,000 won of the market price stored in the display stand.
6. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant committed around 04:05 (Attempted larceny of a structure at night) in a mobile phone store operated by the victim N in Suwon-si M on January 9, 2017, with a view to theft of property at around 04:05, and with a view to opening the entrance, the entrance was opened.
