Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Seoul Southern District Court to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on October 12, 201, a fine of KRW 3,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was finally determined.

On January 16, 2012, at around 22:48, the Defendant driven a freight lane B with approximately 50m alcohol concentration of 0.059% under the influence of alcohol content from the front of a restaurant in the Dondo ocean complex, Dondo to the front of the same Dondo Dondo Dondo Dondong.
