Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2013, without obtaining a driver's license at around 22:40 on December 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 2 km from the Silung Hospital located in Silung-dong at Silung-si at Silung-si to the same 365-day street.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On May 12, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 06:30 on May 12, 2014, driven approximately KRW 25 km from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si D to the front day of the office of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si to the west-gu Park located in the west-gu coast of Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
B. At around 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a approximately 2 km from the front of the 118-ro 34 large apartment complex to the road in the 118-gil 34 large apartment complex in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the coast of the 277.
2. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 5 meters on the road in the 34 large apartment complex, 118-gil, as it was under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, at around 17:15 on May 13, 2014.
