A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a low-speed car.

On October 31, 2014, around 21:35, the Defendant driving the said vehicle on the street in front of the Dcafeteria located in Cheongju-si, a substantial part of the Cheongju-si, and driving the vehicle along the two-lanes from the Cheongju-si, to the scular gas discharge area.

At the time of night, rain was slick and it was difficult to slick and there was a vehicle waiting for signal at the front, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has the duty of care to see the front door while driving the motor vehicle well and to accurately operate the steering gear and the steering gear.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, escaped without immediately stopping a rocketing car with a repair cost of KRW 10,70,412 to the victim E, and without immediately stopping it while destroying KRW 590,346 for the repair cost to the victim I (the 20-year-old passenger) who is a passenger of the said SM5 car, for about two weeks of medical treatment, each of the following factors: (a) on the part of the victim I (the 20-year-old passenger car); (b) on the other hand, the victim G suffered around three weeks of medical treatment; and (c) on the other hand, the victim G suffered around KRW 3-day medical treatment; and (d) at the same time, the victim G suffered around KRW 10,700,412 of the repair cost.
