1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs for KRW 5,440,00 and each year from August 4, 2012 to October 15, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs are those who are engaged in funeral services between husband and wife, and Defendant C is the president of the P Merchant Association (hereinafter “the instant merchants’ association”), Defendant D’s general affairs, Defendant E, F, and G, vice president of the Defendant H, Defendant I’s general affairs, Defendant I’s Ob block team leader, Defendant K, Defendant K, Defendant M, and N.
B. On February 19, 2012, the Defendants unilaterally expelled at the P Merchant Association on the grounds that the Plaintiff et al. filed a suspicion of embezzlement of merchant membership fees for Defendant C at the P Market and filed a criminal complaint with the police, and installed two concrete structures and one concrete structure structure on the street edge of the Plaintiff et al. in order to prevent the Plaintiff et al. from putting the street in the aforesaid P, respectively, and the same year.
3. On February 19, 2012, from February 19, 2012 to August 4, 2012, the Plaintiffs obstructed the Plaintiffs’ street store business by installing two concrete structures on the street of the Plaintiff A and R, etc.
C. On February 19, 2012, Defendant C distributed 90 copies of printed materials in A4 paper to the members of the instant merchants’ association, including the contents of the said publication, on the wall of the public toilets located in Asan-si P on February 19, 2012, stating that “The rear power and the parties concerned instigates for the purpose of impairing the honor of the merchants’ steering committee, making the parties concerned (R) make it a entrecing network by accepting civil petitions, filing complaints, and filing complaints on the Asan-si website, and, on the Asan-si website, up to reviewing P until closing the P.”
However, there was no fact that RP was closed and examined due to the civil petition received on the Ansan viewing website.
As a result, Defendant C posted the public notice of the above contents and distributed them to the members of the merchants' association, thereby impairing the honor of Plaintiff A by openly pointing out false facts.
