A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had been living together with the victim B (n, 40 years of age) and about three months of age.

1. Around 02:00 on June 23, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the penta-gun C located in the Namanan-gun, Naman-gun, Naman-gun, and was under the influence of the Defendant’s diagnosis of the victim’s head and loss by gathering a portable blus microscope, which is a dangerous object located therein, and making the victim’s head and hand over several times, thereby causing the victim’s injury in the name of an open brue of the number of days of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. Around July 17, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim, such as: (a) he/she collected 10 km of weight, 10 km, and thrown away, as the victim’s head, on the ground that he/she had a horse or dispute with the victim at his/her residence; (b) he/she collected 10 km of weight, which is a dangerous object located there; and (c) expressed 10 km of weight, the victim’s head.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. The Defendant, while assaulting on August 22, 2018, at the official land located in peace-ro 100 as of 18:55 on August 22, 2018, the injured person hedgings the Defendant.

For the reason that he speaks, he assaulted the victim's face by drinking.

4. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (3), committed assault against the victim on the ground that he/she reported himself/herself to the police. On August 22, 2018, at around 20:34, he/she invadedd the victim’s residence in the front of the victim’s residence in Mapopopo City F, via a small room window connected to the entrance of the bend region at the entrance of the victim.

The Defendant continued to have a cellular phone carried by the victim, and collected 10km of weight that he had been placed therein, and made the victim take a step toward the victim.
