Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On June 10, 2014, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on June 18, 2014 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) in the resident support of the Daegu District Court on June 10, 201.

Defendant

A is a person who actually operates a petroleum retail business under the trade name of “F” in both weeks, and Defendant B and Defendant C is an employee of the gas station.

The Defendants conspired to manufacture fake petroleum and sell them by mixing them with those of 7:3 degrees due to the lack of profits from gas stations and management difficulties.

1. Violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act;

A. around April 1, 2013, the Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A and Defendant B: (a) mixed the transit and light oil with the I Home Ri vehicle operated by Defendant B in the H parking lot located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by the ratio of 7:3; and (b) from that time, up to May 15, 2013; (c) up to March 1, 2014 through September 22, 2014; and (d) the list of crimes (Ⅰ) Nos. 1, 3, 4, and the list of crimes (Ⅱ) Nos. 1-4, 17-21 as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (Ⅱ), 12 times in total; and (e) sold fake petroleum 413,212 liters over 12 times during the same period after manufacturing 14,17-21 liters, and sold them to 2636,256-27,2550 won (hereinafter referred to as the attached Table No. 2)

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products.

B. around May 16, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant C manufactured 2,415 liters of fake petroleum in the I Home Ri vehicle operated by Defendant C in the H parking lot located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, mixed with light oil and light oil in the proportion of 7:3, and thereafter sold 510,872 liters of fake petroleum over 13 times in total, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 2 and the attached Table Nos. 5-16, 2014 until February 28, 2014, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 5-16, 12 times in total, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 5 and 16.
