Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, around January 2012, destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts to the effect that “D embezzled the amount of KRW 100 million to the village development fund and the village people who would return to the village development fund, while developing the golf course, even though the victim D did not embezzled the village development fund or public funds by performing duties as the chairperson of the E-Development Committee with respect to the development of the golf course in the middle of the winter.”
