Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2017, the Defendant, against the victim B, posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would send the victim B with a transfer of KRW 105,00,00 to the victim B, who reported and contacted, by posting a statement to the effect that he/she sold the PC, which is located in Go-dong, Go-dong, as a trade PC, and that he/she sold the NA, a vehicle capital, from the national bulletin board.

However, the defendant received money from the injured party and thought that it will be used as a cost of living, and even if he receives money from the injured party, the above money.

There was no intention or ability to send him to the victim.

After all, the Defendant, as seen above, was accused of the victim and was managed by the Defendant around 18:45 on the same day from the victim.

C The Kakao Bank Account (Account Number: D) in the name of C was remitted and acquired 105,000 won.

2. On November 6, 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim E posted an article to the effect that he/she sells the F Contampet in the trade PC room located in Go-dong, Go-dong, Go-dong, and on the national bulletin board, and reported it to the effect that he/she would make a transaction if he/she deposits the down payment of KRW 20,000 to the victim E.

However, the defendant did not have the above contact diskettes, and even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above contact diskettes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received 20,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (H) in G name around November 19, 2017 from the victim, and acquired it by deceiving the victim.

3. On November 14, 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim G posted a letter to the effect that the PC room located in Goonam-si, Gyeongnam-si would sell the knick knick kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's

However, the defendant receives money from the injured party and receives them as living expenses.
