A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won for the crime of assault, etc., in Suwon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on December 23, 2010, sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for the crime of assault. 1. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:10 on September 20, 2015, the victim D(57 years of age) who was entering a convenience store in light-si C and purchased goods was able to take a test cost at the end; (b) the victim followed the victim out of the damage; and (c) the victim took back the victim's face; and (d) took three times on drinking the victim's face face, and took two times off the victim's bridge, and walked up the victim's bridge.

2. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:50 on September 20, 2015, the victim F (35 years of age) parked in front of the building in light-to-face, and (b) took the part of the vehicle’s pentel part to walk on the victim’s vehicle without any justifiable reason, and (c) took the victim’s gate part to walk on the vehicle; (d) the victim opened the window and disembarked the vehicle from the victim’s vehicle; and (e) the victim’s neck by the instant hand that the victim opened and disembarked the vehicle.
