Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the competent authorities as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant illegally diverted farmland by using it on the floor of 863 square meters of 45,538 square meters of farmland, which is farmland, the land category of which is “former” on May 2014.

2. Any person who violates the Tourism Promotion Act shall register with the competent authority any person who intends to conduct a camping business;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from February 4, 2016 to June 8, 2016, set up “G” with the total area of approximately KRW 3,300 square meters, including the places listed in paragraph (1), from around 30,00,000 square meters, and installed four sites, 20, and 30,000 square meters, on which customers are able to open a set, and operated a camping site with the 30,000,000 won per day, and the 119,000,00 won per week by lending the lupt site to many unspecified customers.

3. Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business shall report to the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority from May 2014 to June 8, 2016, sold 20,000 won for 20,000 won for 30,000 won for 20,000 won for each bit, in the “G” as listed in paragraph 2 from May 2014 to June 2, 2016.
