The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 22:20, the Defendant used the Defendant’s house No. 211-dong 702, 702 of the apartment house No. 211-dong 702; (b) the Defendant was in dispute with the wife C (the age of 43) and his child care; and (c) the Defendant used the Victim’s title one time with the left hand, and

2. Determination

(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On September 21, 2017, after filing a prosecution, the injured person withdraws his wish to punish.
