The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around December 18, 2015, at around 01:30 on December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by the Defendant’s chests in his/her hands by talking about exchanging the male mouth of the Defendant who singing together with the victim D (the age of 69) with his/her cell phone numbers.

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On April 25, 2016, the victim following the institution of public prosecution;

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
