A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of the business of operating a speculative game hall with the trade name in Busan-gu C, and D is the owner of the above game hall, and D, in collusion with D, operated a speculative game hall as follows, and assisted D to escape by having D make a false statement as the owner of the business in the investigation agency.

1. From May 16, 201 to June 13, 2011, the Defendant violated the Game Industry Promotion Act: (a) in the game of the trade name called “C”; (b) D lent the name of the Defendant and received KRW 100,000 per day in return; (c) the Defendant registered a game providing business under the name of D; (d) appointed E as the head of business, the F as an employee, and (d) 40 games for the “dubing” type as an employee; and (e) changed the number of games in the form of a game which will obtain points when it is located at a reduction, such as the contents of the rating in the Game Rating Committee, and provided it to unspecified customers for use; and (e) operated the game of gambling by means of exchanging the volume of books acquired by unspecified customers with free gifts in KRW 4,500 per unit.

2. On May 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) asked D to register and combine the game site in the name of Hen, which means that “Innn't want to reduce KRW 100,000 per day to Hen,” (b) had a investigative agency make a false statement as the owner of the game site with D’s consent; (c) on June 13, 201, when the above game site was controlled by police officers of the Busan Western Police Station, around August 16:40, 201, the Defendant instigated D to make a false confession of the above game site to H under the investigation of the instant case at the Busan Busan Summer Police Station’s Life Safety and Living Order Office.
