Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:20 on February 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (ex post facto action) operated the front side of Daegu-dong-gu C, Daegu-gu, by driving a B Article B, 125C, and operating the front side of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, from the right side of the Pakistan Hospital.

In such a case, the driver has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side and to accurately operate the steering and brake system.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at the time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and at the same time and place, destroyed the E rocketing car owned by the victim so as to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 1,250,000, in front of the left-hand ledger due to the foregoing accident.
