A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On December 7, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court, on November 13, 2009, sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court, and on June 4, 2015, sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the final sentence on October 30, 2016.

[Criminal facts] Defendant 2:

1. On November 19, 2016, around 09:54, the victim D in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government entered the same as a customer in the “E” coffee store managed by the victim D located in Eunpyeong-gu, and then stolen the property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 39,300,000, the market value of the victim’s possession at the same place, one, one, and one, or one, a multi-lock book equivalent to the market value of KRW 1,500, and 32,500.

2. On November 20, 2016, around 16:10, at around 16:10, when entering the place as a customer, the victim D, who sold it at that place, stolen it with one red car equivalent to KRW 12,000, at the market price of the victim D, which was sold.

3. Between around 11:50 on September 13, 2017 and around 12:10 on the same day, the following crimes are committed: (a) between the following day; (b) at the 8th floor F office located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, 110 as the Sejong-gu, and at the 110th floor F office located in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) at the victim G, using the cresh in order for the victim G to carry out a stude, thereby cutting cash of KRW 2.70,000 and two copies of cultural merchandise coupons

1. As indicated in the statement, a total of KRW 805,00 in cash, KRW 10,00 in cultural merchandise coupons, two copies of KRW 10,00 in cultural merchandise coupons, and three copies of film example tickets were stolen.

4. From around 11:09 on September 14, 2017 to around 13:00 on the same day, one hundred and thirty-eight thousand won in cash is inside a bank located on the victim’s books by making use of a cresh in which the victim I had a string of the first floor of this Sub-Section while performing the act as if he had a 125-ro 125 in the city of Mangsan-gu, Mangdong-gu, Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-gu, one hundred and twenty-five (125) as an employee;

In other words, theft was committed in a way that they were stolen.
