1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. The plaintiff's assertion is a clan with a unique meaning that consists of descendants, who jointly set P27 years of age as a P27 years of age.

On March 20, 1915, the Plaintiff held the title trust of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, the Plaintiff owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”), and registered the transfer of ownership or the registration of the preservation of ownership of each of the instant real estate in its name.

Upon the death of the network S, Defendant C, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant I, Defendant J, Defendant J, the network T, the network U, and the networkV, each of the instant real estates, completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance. Defendant D, and E received the shares of the instant real estate from the network T, his father, and Defendant I received the shares of the instant real estate from Defendant B. Defendant B succeeded to the shares of the instant real estate from the networkV, and Defendant C succeeded to the shares of the instant real estate from the networkV with the knowledge that the inheritance was owned by the Plaintiff. Defendant K died with the knowledge that the network U was owned by the Plaintiff, and completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the division of inherited property, and thereafter donated the shares of the instant real estate to Defendant N, the shares of the instant real estate, as indicated in Articles 5 through 8, and the shares of the instant real estate are transferred from Defendant M2, and the shares of the instant real estate were transferred from Defendant L2.

The Plaintiff terminated the title trust agreement with respect to each of the instant real estate through the service of a duplicate of the complaint of this case. As such, the Defendants, who are the deceased S’s inheritors, shall implement the procedures for ownership transfer registration due to the cancellation of title trust, and Defendant M, N, and L, who are the participants in bad faith with respect to Defendant K’s breach of trust.
