A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics as a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, as follows: (a) Magazine, a single psychotropic drug (i.e., “philophone”; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”).

1. Crimes committed by Defendant A and B;

A. Defendant A and B agreed to gather money to purchase phiphonephones, and around 21:00 on March 27, 2019, Defendant A and B got approximately KRW 100,000 in cash to foreign F of Thailand nationality in the “D” E-dong located in Ssung City around 21:00 and approximately 0.2g of phiphones.

Accordingly, Defendant A and B conspired to purchase philophones.

B. On March 27, 2019, Defendant A and B of the philophone medication also dyponed at the accommodation located in the Gdong of the above “D” around March 27, 2019, around 21:00-22:00 to 22:00, Defendant A and B of the philophone medication dypon, put the philophone into the glass pipe, put the philophone in the glass pipe, and dypnish.

Accordingly, Defendant A and B conspired to administer philophones.

C. On March 28, 2019, Defendant A and B, together with Defendant A and B, respectively, d'D’ E Dong around March 28, 2019 at around 01:00, respectively, put the volume of opon into the glass pipe, put the opon volume in the glass pipe, and d't drink.

Accordingly, Defendant A and B conspired to administer philophones.
