Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a staff member who works in a senior flag, Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “high flag flag”).
The victim C's representative meeting (organization, representative E) requested the victim C's representative meeting (organization, representative, and representative of the residents in the apartment house located in Thai City D) to provide the gas from the high source, to notify the high source gas supply price of the high source gas around February 2015, on the ground that the high source gas supply price of the high source gas, and to change the gas supply company into the victim's OK Energy Co., Ltd. and to supply the gas to the high source gas pipelines. However, on January 29, 2016, the Defendant demanded the payment of the price for the gas pipeline facilities, etc. installed in the past, and did not comply with the above settlement request.
The defendant, who caused the damage to the gas, caused the damage to the gas supply by cutting the piping parts which are connected to the gas supply by OK Energy Co., Ltd.
On January 30, 2016, at around 10:40, the Defendant cut off three parts of gas pipes (not less than 1 meter per opening) that had been prepared in advance to supply gas by linking the victim Co., Ltd. to the victim Co., Ltd. at around 201, 202, 203.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the business of gas supply and supply of victims by force.
